Exchange/return policy
• You can raise an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.
• All the tags should be intact, the product must not be damaged or used.
• There is a Return fee of Rs. 150/- which will be deducted from the amount of return/exchange made
• Meraci reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request based on the policy
How long does it take to exchange?
• Once you have placed an exchange request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours.
• After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product.
• After the product has been checked, the new product is shipped and reaches you within 2-5 days.
How long does it take to get the refund?
• Once you have placed an return request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours.
• After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product.
• After the product has been checked, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
• In case of COD orders, you will receive a link from Razorpay through text message and email & you can enter your bank details there for the refund. COD charge of ₹100 will not be refunded.
I want to exchange/return multiple products
• In case of exchange, please place separate exchange requests for each product. We will club the requests together after approval.
• In case of return, you can select multiple products at the same time and place your request.
I have received a damaged product
• In case of a damaged product, the exchange or return request must be raised with a parcel unboxing video and photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• In case the damage is not reported within 48 hours, the request will be rejected.
My pickup is not happening
• After a pick up request is initiated, the pickup usually happens within 48 hours.
• If you are unavailable at the time of pickup or the pickup gets cancelled for any reason beyond our control more than 2 times, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
I returned the wrong product by mistake
• In case any wrong product is received at the time of return, additional fee of ₹150 is charged from the customer for shipping back the wrong product.
I received the exchanged product and want to exchange/return it again
• You can exchange any product up to 2 times only.
• If you want to exchange or return again after your first exchange has been processed, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged.
How can i Return or Exchange products to Meraci?
• Visit the following link to request a return or exchange -

• State the return reason and select the item you wish to return or exchange, along with parcel unboxing video and images in case of any defect/damages.
• A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
• Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Can i cansel my order?
• In case of an order cancellation, please do so before the order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If cancelled after shipping, ₹150 will be deducted from the order value.
